While open registration is closed, you can contact the Website Support Team via the contact page to set up your account. Once active, log in with your Acrisure email, provided password, and assigned username (format: firstname_lastname). From your dashboard, you can view active and past tickets, manage profile settings, and update your name or profile picture (PNG/JPG). Remember to follow ticket guidelines for when to reopen or create new tickets.
