For new websites we will need information from you to start on the build. FoxyHelp Tickets has a category specifically for New Clients/Website.
To type it out, important information to provide for new groups is:
- How many employees does the group have? (so we can determine which design to use).
- Do they have employees outside of California?
- Will we need to make multiple medical pages (i.e. Medical-California and Medical-Out of state)?
- Who is on the Contact page? For instance, the CSM or whomever you would like people to contact about benefit questions. Please provide the contact info as well as the contact person. This will most likely be one of our (Acrisure) employees, unless the group specifically asks for one of their people to be on the contact page in place of our employee or with our employee.
- What would you like the benefit url to be? ie. mybenefits.cc/yourcompany replacing “yourcompany” with either your clients name or abbreviation they choose.
- Does this group have online enrollment? If so, what is the link/carrier? (i.e. ease or rippling etc. and some groups have personalized links).
- What benefits are being provided and what are the carriers?
- If you know, please give us the group numbers and services numbers?
- Please send any logos from the company. If they did not provide you with them, please ask them for “high resolution” .png files or preferable .ai, .eps or .svg files. Please reach out to Marketing if you are unsure and they will work with you to secure the proper logo files.
- If the company has a branding guide booklet, please send that along.
- What date is their Open Enrollment Meeting?
- What is the Renewal Date for the group?
- If this group is a large client (100+ employees), do they need a language translated version of the site?
