The majority of uploads to the benefit website are in PDF format, although there are instances where PowerPoint presentations, videos, and Excel files are required. However, please note that our websites only supports linking PDFs, images, and website links (external sites and video links).
If you need to upload information from PowerPoint or Excel file, we kindly request that you first convert it to a PDF format. Although the website team can assist with the conversion, to ensure that it is exported in the desired style and formatting, we ask you to export/save the document as a PDF before submitting it via a ticket.
Regarding video uploads, we cannot upload videos onto websites or our server. Due to the large file size of videos and to prevent any impact on website loading times, please use a third-party platform to host the video (such as Zoom, Vimeo, Brainshark, YouTube,
